After about my 2nd session, my lower back pain was completely gone - and it's stayed gone! I couldn't believe such easy exercises would feel so good and help so much. I feel more confident about delivery now. I feel strong and healthy and ready to use the tools I've learned through the Future Mommy Fitness program to bring my little girl in the world.

I didn't think there was anything I could do to strengthen my abs while pregnant, but I learned some simple exercise that have strengthened my core and that will ultimately help me through delivery. I've worked on my abs, my back, my flexibility, even getting rid of the dangling fat on my soon-to-be mommy arms! The program is nothing like what I envisioned. I expected another typical fitness class, but this class really worked on specific things I need to have a healthy pregnancy and easy delivery.

I've worked with fitness trainers in the past, but when I got pregnant, I realized I needed a specialist in prenatal fitness. Steve Trentham was recommended to me by my OB/GYN and I'm glad he was. This was my first pregnancy, and I didn't know what to expect.
