Specializing in Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness
What makes us unique is our practice is focused strictly on pregnancy and postpartum health and wellness. While this may sound strange, the reality is very few wellness providers' work exclusively with prenatal and postnatal mothers.
Let us give you an example; while a Cardiologist is a highly skilled and qualified physician, you wouldn't have your baby delivered by them nor would they accept you as a patient. Why place your prenatal or postnatal fitness health to a practitioner who is not a "specialist"?
Another item that distinguishes PHWC from general fitness providers is we utilize a clinical advisory board to guide and support us to insure you receive safe and correct information for the health of your baby. This advisory board consists of physicians, nutritionists, exercise physiologists, physical therapists and mental health professionals. Simply put... our single goal is for you to have a safe and healthy pregnancy, and a healthy happy baby! |

There's no such thing as it's too late to start exercising and being active for a healthy lifestyle. This is especially important for expecting mothers before, during and after pregnancy. Starting a exercise program during pregnancy is one of the most proactive decisions you can make for your health and the health of your baby.
Don't wait until the 3rd trimester to get started, start today and begin your journey for a healthier pregnancy, easier labor, quicker delivery, and learn techniques to jump-start your postpartum recovery!
